The long awaited 'green energy revolution ' cap and trade  bill 2009 vote was  passed Friday June 26th in the U.S House of Representatives, and supporters hope that this bill will help fight climate change and make a difference in the economy. They fear that any signs of weakness towards the bill will only heighten criticism against it.
